Dr. Gardner graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. She attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where she received her Doctorate of Medicine. Dr. Gardner completed Psychiatry Residency Training at the University of Texas Southwestern, in Dallas, Texas, and is a Board Certified Psychiatrist through ABPN (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology), licensed in the State of Texas.
Throughout her training, Dr. Gardner received extensive experience in treating patients with a variety of psychiatric illnesses, using both psychopharmacology (medications) and psychotherapy (talk-therapy). She received training in psychodynamic, motivational, supportive, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She also worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric units, psychiatric emergency departments, private and public hospitals, outpatient psychiatric clinics, and the Veteran’s Affairs hospital.
Dr. Gardner is a member of the Wylie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and also serves as Volunteer Faculty at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where she is a Psychotherapy Supervisor for Psychiatry Residents. In her free time, she enjoys going on road trips throughout Texas, hiking and camping, and spending time with her family and pets!

- Initial appointment (60 minutes): $350
- 45 minute follow-ups (therapy or therapy + medication management): $250
- 20 minute follow-ups (medication management): $175
