Fee Schedule

Please note that the below fees will apply to patients paying out of pocket or NOT using their insurance benefits.

Dr. Gardner:

• Initial Consultation and evaluation: Up to 60 minutes, $350
• Medication Management Follow-up: Up to 30 minutes, $175
• Therapy or Combination Medication Management and Therapy Follow-Up: 45 minutes, $250

Therapists:

• Initial appointment: 60 minutes, $150
• Follow-up (Individual therapy): 53 minutes, $125
• Couple / Family therapy: $150

Please note, that the initial visit is a consultation to determine if the clinic / clinician is a good fit for your needs and if you would benefit from continuing into treatment. The initial consultation is not a guarantee of continued treatment.
