Telemedicine Instructions

Due to COVID-19 concerns and recommendations from Health Authorities, we will be conducting all visits by telemedicine for the time being.

Below, you will find important information about how to have visits with Dr. Gardner over our telemedicine platform.

  • All of our visits are generally conducted using the VSee platform. However, given recent changes to requirements announced by HHS, we can also have visits via Facetime, Google Meet, Skype, phone, etc. if this is easier for you.
  • Please follow these instructions at least one day prior to your first telemedicine appointment, to ensure you’re able to enter the waiting room. If you are not, please call Dr. Gardner at 214-997-4459 so that we can troubleshoot the issue and set up a test call if needed!
  • Please login to the application at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time on the day of your appointment.

COVID-19 Updates

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, for your safety we are conducting all appointments via telemedicine (similar to Skype and Facetime) in place of an office visit. This is available to all patients in the state of Texas! Please call the office if you have any questions or refer to our telemedicine instruction page to learn more about telemedicine visits at Pathway Psychiatry.
