Telemedicine Instructions

Below, you will find important information about how to have visits with Dr. Gardner over our telemedicine platform.

  • All of our visits are conducted using the VSee platform.
  • Please follow these instructions at least one day prior to your first telemedicine appointment, to ensure you’re able to enter the waiting room. If you are not, please call Dr. Gardner at 214-997-4459 so that we can troubleshoot the issue and set up a test call if needed.
  • Please login to the application at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time on the day of your appointment.
  • Computers are recommended, although you can access this application on your smartphone.

Computer Users (recommended):

  1. Visit this link: https://pathwaypsychiatry.vsee.me/u/gardner.
  2. You will be prompted to create a VSee account and download the VSee application. Please do this at least one day prior to your appointment, and ensure that you are able to enter the waiting room.
  3. When entering the waiting room, you do not need to enter your medications/allergies/medical history etc and can simply click “next.”
  4. Select the appointment type from the three choices (30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes).
  5. You will be charged as usual with the card we have on file for you.

Mobile Users:

  1. Visit this link: https://pathwaypsychiatry.vsee.me/u/gardner
  2. You will be prompted to download the Vsee Clinic mobile app. Once you open the app, you will enter the room code 4z4i6
  3. You will then be prompted to create a login. Please do this  at least one day prior to your appointment, and ensure that you are able to enter the waiting room.
  4. When entering the waiting room, you do not need to enter your medications/allergies/medical history etc and can simply click “next.”
  5. Select the appointment type from the choices
  6. You will be charged as usual with the card we have on file for you

  • If you are unable to access VSee at the time of your appointment, we can use Google Meet or a telephone visit as a backup option.
  • Please have your phone with you at the time of the appointment so that Dr. Gardner can reach you if necessary.
