Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy or “talk therapy” can be implemented to help individuals who may struggle with a variety of mental illnesses, or those facing life stressors or transitions.
Medication Management
Dr. Gardner will carefully explain the purpose and reasoning behind why a specific medication was prescribed, and will always educate the patient of any potential side effects that they may experience.
Telepsychiatry Appointments
While Dr. Ashley Gardner sees patients in her office in Wylie, Pathway Psychiatry also offers online services, referred to as “telepsychiatry.” This allows Dr. Gardner to see patients throughout the state of Texas.
Fee Schedule
Please note that the below fees will apply to patients paying out of pocket or NOT using their insurance benefits.
Dr. Gardner is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Please be aware that insurance panels/plans each have their own fees for various codes/visit types. These fees are set by BCBS (or other insurance companies), and are different from my out of network / private pay rates. The amount you will pay if using your BCBS insurance plan depends on your individual diagnoses, complexity of visits, and your insurance plan (deductible, copay, coinsurance, etc).

60 minutes
$350 (private pay or out of network)

Medication Management Follow-Up
20 minutes
$175 (private pay or out of network)
If using BCBS insurance, fee will vary
Therapy or Combination Treatment Follow-Up
45 minutes
$250 (private pay or out of network)
If using BCBS insurance, fee will vary
The initial visit is a consultation to determine if the clinic is a good fit for your needs and if you would benefit from continuing into treatment with Dr. Gardner. The initial consultation is not a guarantee of continued treatment.
