Pathway Psychiatry and Counseling Center is a concierge style medical practice specializing in the treatment of mental health conditions with both medications and psychotherapy. The owner, Dr. Ashley Gardner is a board certified Psychiatrist, and our clinic focuses on excellent customer service and a personalized approach to mental health. Pathway Psychiatry is committed to serving the community and providing mental health care for our fellow community members, and as such is dedicated to being involved in local events and network building.
This clinic opened in November 2019 and is rapidly growing. We are hiring independent-contractor therapists in order to better serve our patient population, and respond to the high demand for our services.
Job Overview:
We are seeking independent-contractor therapists to join our team a minimum of 2 days per week (10-12 clinical hours per week) with the option to increase to full-time hours (25-30 clinical hours per week). The hours available are flexible and may include daytime, evening, or weekend hours depending on your availability and personal life commitments.

Job Requirements
- Active TX License(s)
- Independent License required
- The following credentials are accepted:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – LMFT
- Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW
- Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
It is an asset if you:
- Have clinical experience as an independently practicing therapist.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Show the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Have comfort and familiarity working with adolescents, couples, and families.
- Are proficient in the use of an electronic medical record.
- Are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield (this is not a requirement and we will facilitate credentialing for those who are not currently credentialed).
- Desire to become a member of the community and grow with our company.
- Are passionate about collaborative care and whole-person centered treatment approaches.

Compensation
- Compensation varies dependent on schedule / clinical hours: $34K – $100K per year
